Machine Selection Answer

Which Filling Machine Should You Choose?

Choose the filling structure by product viscosity and flow behavior, foaming tendency, corrosiveness, filling volume, container format and target output. This table gives buyers of liquid, emulsion, cream, gel and paste filling equipment a practical starting point before you ask for a quote.

Filling Machine Should You Choose

Common questions about this machine, answered directly to help you shortlist before talking to an engineer.

How do I choose a filling machine for my product?

Choose by viscosity and flow behavior, foaming tendency, corrosiveness, fill volume and container format. Viscous or foaming products use servo piston fillers; low-viscosity free-flowing liquids use gravity or pump fillers; corrosive liquids need anti-corrosion construction; small volumes suit peristaltic or gear pump fillers.

What filling machine is best for corrosive chemicals?

An anti-corrosion filling machine with titanium nozzles and PP/PTFE product-contact parts, such as our self-flowing anti-corrosion filling line, optionally in an explosion-proof configuration for solvents.

Can one filler handle both small and large bottles?

Fill range is set per machine. Servo piston fillers typically cover 100–1000 ml and 1 L/5 L; for drum-scale volumes a flow-meter filler is the right choice. Confirm your full volume range before you ask for a quote.
